We refer to your recent email concerning the vessel currently named LS MERCURY (IMO 9657507) and would like to provide the following clarification.
Legendsea Co. Ltd., became the registered owner of the vessel following a change of ownership completed in August 2024. Allsea Management JSC was appointed as the vessel’s technical and International Safety Management (ISM) manager with effect from 27 August 2024, being the date on which Legendsea took delivery of the vessel from the previously registered owner.
Allsea Management JSC had no involvement whatsoever in the vessel’s ownership, operation, management, trading or employment prior to that change of ownership and appointment. The report cited in your email refers to the period of 30–31 July 2024, prior to the above-mentioned change of ownership and management on 27 August 2024.
At the time of delivery, the previous registered owner provided customary contractual representations and warranties under the sale and purchase agreement regarding the vessel’s compliance with applicable sanctions regulations.
Allsea Management JSC acts solely in the capacity of technical and ISM manager. Matters relating to the commercial employment of the vessel, including cargo nomination, voyage orders and trading decisions, are undertaken by charterers and other relevant commercial counterparties.
Allsea Management JSC has not been notified by any competent authority, flag administration, classification society, insurer or other sanctions authority of any breach of applicable sanctions in relation to LS MERCURY during the period under our technical management...
