On 18 November 2025, state-owned Polish explosives manufacturer Nitro-Chem was identified as a key supplier of trinitrotoluene (TNT) for the United States and Israel in a report published by three pro-Palestinian organisations. The report alleges that materials from the Polish company are used in bombs such as MK-84 and BLU-109, which have reportedly been used by Israel for military operations in Gaza.

On 26 June 2026, three international NGOs filed a criminal complaint in Poland against Nitro-Chem, arguing that they had been allegedly supplying explosives that were built into bombs that are used by Israel in Gaza. The complaint argues that supplying these explosives despite the risks that it would be used in Israel’s war in Gaza constitutes aiding the commission of international crimes.
