Engie responds to the rejoinder from representatives and victims of explosions allegedly caused by its subsidiaries

The BHRC invited Engie to respond to the rejoinder of families and victims of explosions allegedly linked to their subsidiaries, and the company did respond:

"We have received your email dated November 24th regarding the rejoinder submitted by the families.

We would first like to reiterate our deeply felt empathy with the people and their families affected in the incidents mentioned in the letters.

As regards the content of the letters, we would like to express our apologies, but we are unable to comment since disputes are ongoing."
