Thank you for your inquiry and for your attention to the activities of Mining Company of Perha LLC (ТОВ "Пержанська рудна компанія").

First and foremost, we would like to emphasize that no commercial mining operations are currently being conducted at the Perha deposit. At this stage, the Company is exclusively carrying out geological exploration activities and verifying historical geological data in accordance with the approved work program and Ukrainian legislation. All the information regarding such activities is duly submitted to the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine in accordance with established procedures.

Accordingly, any claims regarding a potential adverse environmental impact arising from the Company’s industrial activities, including alleged air, soil, or water pollution resulting from the extraction or processing of mineral resources, do not reflect the actual status of the project.

We would also like to note that mineral enrichment and processing technologies are currently being developed and tested outside Ukraine at an internationally certified laboratory. These activities are not being conducted at the Perha deposit site and therefore cannot serve as a basis for claims of negative environmental impact on the deposit area at the present stage of the project.

Furthermore, in March 2026, the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine (Department of State Geological Control) conducted an unscheduled inspection of Mining Company of Perha LLC to assess the Company’s compliance with Ukrainian legislation on geological exploration and the rational use of subsoil resources. Following the inspection, a report was issued (Акт № 07- 03/2026-05/у, 13.03.2026). The inspection findings did not reveal any violations of the environmental standards established by Ukrainian legislation.

Mining Company of Perha LLC operates in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation and adheres to the principles of responsible business conduct. The Company is part of BGV Group Management, a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, and consistently implements environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices in accordance with internationally recognized sustainability standards. The Group supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals and regularly reports on its sustainability and corporate responsibility performance.
