We confirm that the relevant procurement agreement involving PT AMNT-related material expired in June 2024. LS MnM currently has no active contractual or commercial relationship with PT AMNT.

Accordingly, LS MnM is not currently in a position to exercise business leverage in relation to PT AMNT’s operations or the matters referred to in your correspondence.

Nevertheless, we take allegations concerning human rights, Indigenous peoples’ rights, and environmental impacts seriously. We will continue to consider relevant supply-chain risks in accordance with our responsible sourcing practices.
