Thank you for your inquiry dated March 9, 2026, regarding the reports concerning Flying Food Group, LLC (FFG), our catering supplier at Los Angeles. We are writing to provide our perspective as follows:
In accordance with the "JAL Group Human Rights Policy," the JAL Group supports and respects internationally recognized human rights. Furthermore, through our "JAL Group Supplier Code of Conduct," we require our suppliers, as partners supporting our operational safety, to build a workplace environment where the human rights of every worker is respected and where they can work in a healthy and safe manner. Should the reported allegations be factual, they would be inconsistent with the policies and the ideals that the JAL Group upholds.
JAL has continued to maintain an established engagement process with FFG, including regular monitoring of their compliance with our Code of Conduct. We recognize that the current reports appear to include themes that have been subject to our continuous monitoring through our ongoing dialogue. We are currently conducting a focused inquiry to verify the facts.
FFG has expressed its understanding of and commitment to our “Supplier Code of Conduct,” and we have maintained constructive communication with them to date. While maintaining and further deepening this process, we will continue to engage with FFG to encourage compliance with laws and regulations, the ensuring of a safe working environment, and sincere labor-management dialogue, as part of our ongoing efforts in accordance with our standards. Should we confirm any findings inconsistent with our Code, we will strongly urge necessary corrective actions and exercise our leverage to ensure an effective resolution.
