Alfred H Knight International Ltd's response on alleged OECD guidelines breach

... AHK has not been provided with, and has not seen, the complaint said to have been filed with the UK National Contact Point naming Alfred H Knight International Ltd, and has requested a copy from the complainants, the Centre and the UK National Contact Point.

AHK takes seriously its responsibilities under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct and the commitments in its published policies.

AHK has carried out an initial review of its records. That review has not identified any work stream, or any other involvement on the part of AHK, in relation to the Elang Project or the exploration activities which are the subject of the concerns described in the press release.

Nothing in this response constitutes an admission or acceptance of any of the matters described in the press release.

AHK will engage with the UK National Contact Point through that body's established procedures ...
