Over 300,000 rubles awarded against Gaisky Mining and Processing Plant for worker injury, 10 October 2025

A former employee of PJSC “Gaisky Mining and Processing Plant” filed a lawsuit with the Gai City Court seeking compensation for damage to his health. He stated that he had sustained a moderate workplace injury, as a result of which he underwent prolonged treatment and was unable to perform his job duties.

Following the accident, the claimant spent nearly a year on sick leave and received temporary disability benefits; however, these payments were insufficient to cover lost earnings and incurred expenses.

After reviewing the case materials, the court partially satisfied the claim and ordered PJSC “Gaisky Mining and Processing Plant” to pay 324,053 rubles, including compensation for lost earnings, medical expenses, and moral damages.
